Re: The latest concerning planting trees on the easement in front of property on 2904 Kavanaugh Blvd

Last Monday all concerned parties had a meeting at City Hall about this matter.  We were advised by the City that henceforth anyone that wants to plant trees in an easement maintained by the City would have to apply for a permit.  As time is of the essence with the remaining trees HRA has applied for a permit to plant the last two trees in front of Leo’s and River City Coffee.  They do not object.  But if there is a problem, we will plant them in the picnic area HRA/HMA built across from Mount St. Mary’s.

Bottom Line:  The trees will get planted.  And now we all have rules to play by.  What do you think?  Feel free to contact me at arthurpaulbowen.HRA@gmail.com .
